We are pleased to share a plant-based recipe for healthy Vegan Pumpkin Popsicles for family and friends to enjoy together this Halloween, from Rae of Raepublic.

Why not try making these with your little ones, they're creative and really simple. We're going to make a homemade batch of pumpkin puree but you can buy tinned pumpkin puree from the big supermarkets.

Don't forget your Falcon Enamelware to prepare and serve. We would advise exercising the Falcon Bake Pan from our Bake Set (pictured above).

Makes 10 Popsicles

Ingredients

A 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
2 ripe bananas
3/4 cup Unsweetened Bolthouse Farms Plant Protein Milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender, adding the spices last.

2. Blend on medium-high until nice and creamy.

3. Pour mixture into a popsicle tray, place popsicle sticks, and freeze for 2 - 4 hours (until frozen).
