With each tumbler fitting neatly into each other, they store away easily in the cupboards whilst being ideal for packing in bags for picnics, camping trips and other outdoor adventures.
Our heavy-duty Tumblers are designed with form and functionality as the focus. Each tumbler is 9cm tall and can hold 310ml of liquid.
See below for a refreshing summer ice cream recipe that will look great served in one of our colourful tumblers.
Our enamel tumbler collection has multiple uses year-round. In the summer use them to serve ice cold drinks. We recommend serving homemade lemonade, iced lattes and fresh fruit juices in our heavy gauge tumblers. Alternatively, they can also be used to serve food. Pile up an individual portion of fresh fruit salad in the tumblers for a light summer dessert or fill with 2 big scoops of ice cream for a more indulgent sweet treat. In the winter months, these cups are great for a hot cocoa for children and a mulled wine or cider for the adults. Or use them to serve individual portions of fries or desserts at a dinner party with friends.
With the tumblers being a great size for kids to use, it is essential that they are safe to use even after being bumped or dropped. The tumblers may chip, but they will never break thanks to the thick steel core of the products. All the materials used in our Falcon enamelware range are non-toxic so you can be rest assured that they are safe for children.
If you are looking for other uses for your tumbler, there are plenty to choose from. Our enamel tumblers are great for holding small fresh or dried flower arrangements or potted plants. Placing a few of these flower arrangements on the dining table adds a beautiful pop of colour to your dinner décor. Additionally, the use of these tumblers can expand into the bathroom and study too. The height of the tumbler makes it the optimum size for holding toothbrushes, toothpaste, pens, paintbrushes and pencils, so its use expands into the bathroom and study too.
1
Start by making the blueberry ripple mixture. Place blueberries and sugar in a heavy bottomed saucepan with 4 tablespoons of water over a medium heat. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon. It will thicken as it cools so don’t overdo it. Set aside to cool.
2
Place cream and condensed milk in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Whisk until soft peaks form but be careful not to take it too far to avoid it splitting. Grate in the lemon zest and whisk again briefly.
3
Transfer the cream mixture to a container. Place blobs of the blueberry mixture on top and swirl in using a fork, making sure you’re getting right down to the bottom. Don’t over-mix as you’ll lose the ripple effect.
