A WINTER WARMER RECIPE

This is a winter warming recipe that will nourish your body from the inside out. It’s simple to make and bursting with flavourful, nutritious ingredients. Sometimes known as golden milk, add this recipe for Turmeric Ginger Spiced Oat Milk Latte to your repertoire of Christmas traditions this year.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups

 

•​​ 2 cups oat milk
•​​ 2 tsp turmeric powder
•​​ 1/4 cinnamon
•​​ 1/4 cardamom
•​​ 3cm fresh grated Ginger
•​​ 1 tsp coconut sugar or Honey


Warm the milk in a small to a medium pan.

Once it comes to a gentle simmer. Add all of the spices and the grated ginger. Allow the milk to simmer for at least 5 minutes, stirring as it warms up.

Add the coconut sugar or honey, stir in and continue on the heat for a few more minutes before serving.
