As the feeling of Blue Monday set in we teamed up with Odysea to host a special evening - bringing people together to enjoy bold Mediterranean flavors and meaningful conversations around the table. Brightening the mood and looking ahead to the new seasons.

Along with renowned brand Odysea, known for their exceptional Greek ingredients, we crafted an evening where flavorful dishes and great company took center stage. Emanating the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The meal was a celebration of Greek cuisine paired with seasonal British ingredients. An apt parallel between the Mediterranean heart of Odysea and the Iconic British heritage of Falcon.

Hosted at N5 Kitchen, a bespoke London based catering company, creating original and seasonal menus.  

With dessert of Sticky toffee cake, lemon baked apples and cream using Odysea date molasses and yoghurt made by writer and recipe developer Caitlin Carrick Varty.

Served on our classic enamelware, each dish looked as beautiful as it tasted.
