GOAT'S CHEESE, RED ONION & ROSEMARY PIZZA


With the warmer weather in full swing, try this recipe from our archive by @ophelieskitchenbook. It’s a wonderful recipe for the whole family, and is quick and easy to make. Simply serve straight from oven to table using the larger tray from our bake set, or eat al fresco for your own stay-home picnic in your garden.

GOAT'S CHEESE, RED ONION & ROSEMARY PIZZA

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4


INGREDIENTS:

• Pizza dough (you can either make your own or if you’re short on time use pre-made pizza bases)
• 1 jar red onion chutney
• ½ goat’s cheese
• Fresh rosemary
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper

Preheat the oven to 200C

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place in a greased pan

Spread the onion chutney on the dough, leaving 1cm around the edges

4.
Place a few slices of goat’s cheese evenly with rosemary branches

5.
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper

6.
Bake for 20 minutes
