GOAT'S CHEESE, RED ONION & ROSEMARY PIZZA
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
• Pizza dough (you can either make your own or if you’re short on time use pre-made pizza bases)
• 1 jar red onion chutney
• ½ goat’s cheese
• Fresh rosemary
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
1.
Preheat the oven to 200C
2.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place in a greased pan
3.
Spread the onion chutney on the dough, leaving 1cm around the edges
4.
Place a few slices of goat’s cheese evenly with rosemary branches
5.
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper
6.
Bake for 20 minutes
